HEIR OF THE WORLD
that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
Jesus has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become our Savior so the blessing of Abraham might come upon us through Him, received from the promise of the Spirit through faith.

Blessings from God are part of our inheritance in the new covenant, which Jesus died to give us.
Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us for it is written, Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree, Galatians 3:13
Interestingly, God is very specific in mentioning that Jesus became a curse for us on the cross so that we can experience and enjoy the blessing of Abraham.
God does not want us to experience just any kind of blessing. He wants us to experience the blessing of Abraham. The Bible tells us that if we are in Jesus, we are the seed of Abraham and heirs according to His promise.
And if you are Christ's, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise. Galatians 3:29
Every Believer in Jesus is an heir. Whenever you hear the word heir, it speaks of something good and an inheritance that you do not work for, an inheritance that is yours not because of what you do but because of whose you are.
As a Believer in Jesus, you belong to Jesus and have a blood-bought inheritance in Jesus as the seed of Abraham. You are an heir according to the promise God made to Abraham!
For the promise that he would be the heir of the world was not to Abraham or to his seed through the law, but through the righteousness of faith. Romans 4:13
The promise to Abraham and us is that he would be the heir of the world!
In Jesus, you are an heir of the world. This is the promise that God made to Abraham and his seed. Do not apologize for it. It is your inheritance in Jesus
Do you believe in Jesus? Do you belong to Jesus? Then that makes you an heir according to the promise.
Heavenly Father, I am thankful for the cross and for Jesus giving His life for all mankind, as Your Word says. I know that through the blood of Jesus on the cross, I now have all the promises from You. You are the giver of life and good things, and to know You as Father, I, too, have an inheritance, You have specifically given me promises all through Your Word. I will study to see these promises and receive them from You. Your Word is my lamp to my feet and my light to my pathway. This is true life found only in You. Thank You, Father, In Jesus name, Amen.
