LOOK TO THE LORD
Therefore I will look to the LORD; I will wait for the God of my salvation; My God will hear me.
Today the Lord reminds us to wait and, through that waiting, trust in Him. We need to have that confidence in God so that we trust God no matter how things look.
Therefore I will look to the LORD; I will wait for the God of my salvation; My God will hear me. Micah 7:7
Things may look like they are going south, but we need to trust God that no matter where life is heading at the moment, it is where we need to be.
Trust the Lord in all His ways and lean not on our understanding. God knows what He is doing, and He has a plan in motion, and it is at the right time.
Things may not look how they should, but we do not have to worry. If the Lord is in control, He is controlling things the way they should and leading things to where they should. He knows what He is doing and doing what is necessary to lead us to Him, to give glory to Him, and through the living of life through Jesus.
We need to wait and know that He is God because He has already heard us. Now we are only waiting on the answer! God has set a perfect time for everything; everything will come into place if we trust the Lord.
Wait patiently, fully confident that the Lord is moving and working on our behalf. Everything revolves around God alone, and if we have put Him first in our lives, we do not have anything to worry about.
No matter where or how God leads us in life, if we know He is leading us, there should be no room for worry; there should be no doubt. He is Lord; with that alone, we should be confident in what will come.

Heavenly Father, as I put You first in my life, I know You will lead me in the right direction. I know You hear me and I will look to You. As You live through my life, I know You will give me the wisdom, peace, and guidance I need. You are God, and there is no one like You. To know You as Father, I know there is no one greater than You and Your leading. I will trust You, even when I don’t see the answer. In Jesus name, Amen.
