GRACE THE GIFT YOU COULD NEVER EARN
For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God.
Paul reminds us that salvation is not something we can receive by working harder, being better, or doing good deeds. It is a gift, completely undeserved, freely given, and wrapped in the love of God.

Think about how gifts work. When someone gives you a present, you do not reach for your wallet and ask how much you owe. That would be ridiculous! A gift is meant to be received, not earned. The same is true with grace. God offers it freely because of His love, not because we deserve it.
It is easy to fall into the trap of thinking we must act a certain way and do certain things for God to accept us. Maybe we feel like we need to pray more, serve more, or fix all our flaws before we can stand confidently in His presence, but Paul reminds us that salvation is not about what we do, it is about what Jesus has already done.
That does not mean our actions do not matter. When we understand the grace of God, it changes us from the inside out. We do not serve Him to earn His love; we serve Him because we already have His love. Our good works become a response to His grace, not a requirement for it.
Today, take a deep breath and know you are saved by grace. You do not have to work for it or prove yourself worthy. Just receive it and let it fill your heart with peace, leading you to a deeper love for God, who gave it all to you. His Grace is enough, it always has been and always will be.
Heavenly Father, what a blessed life I have in You. I did not have to earn my way to be a child of Yours. You sent Jesus to be the supreme sacrifice for all of us and as I have invited Jesus into my heart, I now have You as my Heavenly Father. I honor You, and I now have a blessed life in You. Thank You, Father God. I pray in the name of Jesus. Amen.
